The Indian Embassy, Helsinki announces that with effect from December 5th, 2011 the entire visa services has been outsourced to its sole authorised outsourcing agency Indo-German Consultancy Services (IGCS) Oy. The Indian Embassy will accept applications at the Embassy counter for Indian Passport/PIO Card/ OCI card /attestations only. All other applicants seeking Consular services in any form postal or otherwise should approach our sole authorised outsourcing agency:

The Indian Embassy has opened its Visa Application Submission Center at Raekoja Plats 13, Tallinn on 13 June 2012. All applicants resident in Estonia are advised to submit their applications for visa at the Tallinn Center. Visa Applications from Estonian residents will not be accepted at Helsinki Visa Center.
