Dully signed application (sign below picture and at the end of the application form)
Copy of the visa application
We will send back your passport to you if you also enclose a return envelope that has your address and stamps (5,60€ for Finland and 7,40€ for Estonia)
One passport picture of size 5 x 5 cm (Photo-Spec-PDF)
Confirmation copy of Bank transfer of visa fee (IGCS Oy., IBAN No. FI648203000030924, BIC NDEAFIHH)
Please mark your payment with your application id (FINH12345678)number.

Please notice that the processing of the postal application would take;
in the off- season (march - august) 8 - 12 working days
and in the main season it will take minimum 14 working days.

These time restrictions are only, if your documents are complete and the applicant do not belong to a nationality or origin with a comprehensive verifying obligation through the consulate.
In case of an intensive inquiry of the application through the responsible Indian Mission, the process of the application can require some more days.

The application can only be processed after receiving the visa fees on our bank account.
Please apply your visa in time to avoid difficulties.

An express processing by mail is not possible.

Persons, who have not the Finnish/Estonian nationality:

Persons, who have not Finnish or Estonian citizens, can generally apply for a visa. (Extra fees has to be paid)

Please notice, that the above mentioned details are applied for most, but not all nations, so that in individual cases it can cause depart or delay
